The Fourth Edition of The Golden Stag Festival - 1971 |
The fourth edition of The Golden Stag Festival started on March
2nd and was held at the Dramatic Theatre in Brasov. The organizers
kept going with the tradition. The opening cocktail was offered
by the mayor (Constantin Sutu) at the Army House in the Column
Hall, while the five nights of the festival were broadcast live
by 30 televisions from all around the world.
In addition with The Golden Stag, the city organized a Food Festival at Carpati
Restaurant in the lobby. The international stars enjoyed the Romanian food and
wine.
In the hors-concurs shows the audience met: Dalida, Enrico Macias and Lola Iovanovici,
as well as famous Romanian artists like Doina Badea.
The Golden Stag Trophy was awarded to Ann Louise Hanson from Sweden.
The fourth edition of The Golden Stag Festival ended on 6th of March, at the
Carpati Restaurant (nowadays - Aro Palace Restaurant), with a fancy dinner party. |
